| Orders of in-stock items are shipped out
within five business days. You will be notified if there is
a shipping delay on your order. Items temporarily out of
stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as they are

Changes |
| To insure accuracy and speed in receiving
your order, please check your order carefully before
submitting online. Any changes or additions made after
submitting an order over the web will be treated as a new
order and will carry a different confirmation number.
To make changes to a submitted order, please

and we will do our best to accomodate you, provided the item
has not already been shipped to you. |

Policy |
| Each manufacturer has their own ideal
measurement for each size. Please check you size using our
sizing chart before ordering. If the size you ordered is not
right, simply email us within 7 days of delivery to notify
us of your intent to return or exchange your item. Please
return the garment with all the original tags, and the
receipt, within 14 days of the date of the order for
exchange or refund. We must receive the items within 14 days
of the date of the order in order for the items to be
eligible for exchange or refund. Please note that only items
that are considered "In Stock" are exchangeable and /or
refundable. Items are noted on your receipt, as well as on
the site, as to whether they are considered "In Stock" or
"Custom Made". |

| All shipping related charges on exchanges
and returns are the customer's responsibility. Glamour &
Glitter Skatewear cannot accept any returns that have not
been sent prepaid. In the event of a
manufacturing defect, shipping error or any other error by
Glamour & Glitter Skatewear exchanges will be handled at no
charge. |

Policy for Sizing Dresses |
| If you are ever unsure of your size,
please contact Glamour & Glitter Skatewear at
info@glamourandglitterskatewear.com to
request a sizing dress. We will then send you a basic dress
in one or two sizes which you can use to determine our exact
sizing. We will require a credit card, for insurance on the
sizing dresses. Please note:
You will pay for the initial shipping charge.
You will need to return the sizing dresses within 7 days
from when you received it from Glamour & Glitter Skatewear,
otherwise you will be charged for the sizing
dress(es). |
